Do you accept returns or exchange?
Yes! We'll gladly accept any returns for store credit or exchanges of new
and unworn pieces. You have 5 days to initiate a return and 16 days for exchanges. Thank you!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final. Once an order is placed, the fulfillment process begins. Any cancellations would delay other orders from being fulfilled therefore you cannot cancel your order. Thank you for understanding.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. Here at Sin & Chaos we strive to have your order in your hands ASAP, However, During Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, Please allow a few extra days for your order to ship.
How much is shipping?
Here at Sin & Chaos we offer free shipping within the United States on all orders over $80 and $14.95 USD shipping for all international orders. Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable for all orders once tracking number is received.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
Never!! Each piece of jewelry is made from from solid 316L steel. All of our jewelry has the capability of lasting a lifetime with a bit of tender loving care.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All of our products include a limited lifetime warranty, Which guarantees that upon receiving the product, it will be free of any defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchasers lifetime. Please note that this warranty will immediately become void if the product was purchased from an unauthorized retailer or third party. This warranty does not apply to lost, stolen or items damaged through your carelessness. Remember to give your jewelry some TLC! Thank you.
